Before Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, the company designed fairy-tale hobbit-house complexes for private and corporate clients — hence our name. During the war, we quickly refocused on producing top-quality reinforced-concrete shelters. We are part of a group that has made reinforced-concrete products for over 70 years.

Modular reinforced-concrete shelter
The main proof of strength is not words but testing.
The structure was field-tested at a proving ground: the shelter withstood the detonation of a 120 mm mine and direct hits from a T-72 tank's 125 mm gun with a high-explosive fragmentation shell. The result is confirmed by certification to DSTU 9329:2025. In Vovchansk, where the city was almost wiped off the map, our shelter stood firm and served people for a long time.
