"Hobbit House" LLC is an innovative Ukrainian construction company, which is part of a group engaged in the production of reinforced concrete products for more than 70 years.

The main specialization of the Company is the production of fortification protective reinforced concrete modular structures for civil and military use. This project is implemented together with factories - manufacturers in Kyiv, Kharkiv, Lviv, Zhytomyr, Vinnytsia.

Before the full-scale invasion of Russia into Ukraine, the company developed complexes of buildings in the style of fairy-tale hobbits for individual and corporate customers, but during the war it quickly reoriented itself to the production of reinforced concrete shelters of the highest quality.

So, for example, the fortress-type shelter has certificates of conformity as a ground shelter. The structure was tested in nature at the training ground and withstood direct hits from the 125 mm gun of the T-72 tank with a high-explosive shell (Video: https://youtu.be/GbY45CRu2is)

Our modular structures can withstand air shock waves of 100, 200 or even 300 kilopascals, three times the national standard for civil defense shelters.

Buttresses are used in the design of the Fortress-type ground shelter, according to the norms of the current DSTU. The walls of 300 mm are also made in accordance with the norms of the current DBN. From above, the shelter is closed by a dome structure, which is known as the strongest roof structure since the time of Egypt.

Today, hundreds fortifications have already been installed in different parts of Ukraine. Some of them were purchased by state and communal enterprises through the electronic public procurement system Prozorro. Only in 2023, through Prozorro, our company signed contracts for 90 civil protection shelters. All of them have been installed and are now providing shelter from threats to 2,800 people.
