In May 2025, Hobbit House completed the installation of a “Fortress 3.5 9XL” modular civil defense shelter. This is a large-format serial structure built in accordance with the officially approved architectural form of Hobbit House.

In May 2025, the Hobbit House team completed another project: the installation of a modular reinforced concrete civil defense shelter of the “Fortress 2.25” type for a Ukrainian enterprise.

The Hobbit House team has installed a new protective structure — a Fortress 2.25 3XL modular shelter.

In 2024, our company received an order to install a shelter for one of the well-known fast-food establishments in the Kyiv region.

In 2023, one of the requests received by our company was to install a shelter at a private kindergarten in Kyiv. The task was to create a permanent, safe, and reliable shelter for young visitors and staff during air raid alerts. The most suitable format chosen was a two-module shelter “Fortress” with a width of 2.25 cm. The protected area of this shelter is nearly 18 square meters, accommodating up to 29 people simultaneously. After rapid manufacturing and installation, the structure was creatively decorated by the kindergarten team.
