Types of protective structures we offer

Our company provides comprehensive, engineering-driven solutions to maximize civilian safety. We design and manufacture different types of shelters, which are classified by three key criteria to help you choose the optimal option.

By placement type

The placement type depends on the site’s tasks, terrain specifics, geological conditions, and the required level of protection. Each option has clear advantages and use cases:

1. Above-ground protective shelters. These are fast-build structures for rapid deployment that do not require extensive earthworks. Suitable for both temporary and permanent use, they are ideal for areas with a high groundwater table or complex underground utilities. Installation is fast and straightforward.
2. Underground shelters. Thanks to their below-grade location, they provide maximum protective properties, with natural soil acting as an additional barrier. They ensure a stable indoor temperature in both summer and winter and have a reduced acoustic profile, which helps lower psychological stress for occupants.
3. Anti-radiation shelters (ARS) are specialized engineering structures designed to effectively protect against ionizing radiation and radioactive contamination. Their design and materials block harmful particles.

By capacity and configuration

We manufacture shelters in various capacities and layouts.

1. Single-module shelters are the optimal choice for small teams and limited sites. Depending on the modification, they can accommodate up to 20 people. They suit private households, small construction sites, agricultural companies, workshops, and small manufacturing facilities, and are distinguished by ease of installation.
2. Multi-module structures (2–6 modules) accommodate 30 to 300 people. They enable zoning of the interior space: vestibule, central area, restroom, and technical compartment. They are used in schools, hospitals, administrative buildings, public places, and extensive enterprise grounds and can be equipped with ventilation and filtration systems.

By purpose

Cost of a shelter and financing terms

The final price of a shelter is determined individually for each project after consultation and site analysis. Our cooperation terms are transparent. However, the cost may vary depending on the following key factors:

1. The type of structure (above-ground or underground) and its capacity directly affect design complexity and material consumption.
2. Selected configuration (basic or extended with additional options), including life-support, ventilation, power supply, and communication systems that enhance shelter functionality.
3. Logistics to the destination (site remoteness and accessibility) covers transportation costs and the complexity of delivery to various regions of Ukraine, including areas of increased complexity.
4. The scope and complexity of site preparation (grading, foundation) also affect the final project cost.

We offer a range of turnkey shelter configurations. To ensure shelter autonomy, you can choose a reliable basic option or add features for increased comfort, such as power supply, ventilation, heating, and communication systems.

We work strictly under an official contract with cashless payment and provide a complete set of financial and legal documents. We participate in tender procedures in accordance with Ukrainian law. Payment can be staged: advance payment, settlement after shipment, and final payment after installation and handover.

Local self-government bodies and state institutions can access co-financing programs. We assist clients in finding and applying for international grant programs — our managers will prepare all the required project documentation for funding applications and support full cooperation.

Compliance with DSTU and DBN standards

Our modular shelters are designed and manufactured in accordance with Ukrainian state regulations. The structures comply with the standards:

1. DSTU 9195:2022 on civil defense protective structures.
2. DBN V.2.2-5:2023 on the design and construction of protective structures.
3. DSTU 9329:2025 Primary mobile shelters.

All shelters undergo mandatory testing at specialized proving grounds. The structures confirm resistance to blast overpressure and fragment damage, which is documented with certificates.

Design features meet regulatory requirements:

1. Reinforced architecture with buttresses.
2. Wall thickness in accordance with DBN norms.
3. Special domed roof design.
4. The structures withstand blast overpressure up to 500 kPa, three times the minimum required by state standards.

We provide a complete documentation package, including certificates of conformity to DSTU 9195:2022 and DBN V.2.2-5:2023, test reports on resistance to blast overpressure and fragment impacts, and conclusions confirming a threefold exceedance of regulatory thresholds (300 kPa versus the required 100 kPa). All documents are certified by accredited laboratories and civil defense experts.
