New Buildings with Shelters: What Law No. 4778-IX Changes

Law No. 4778-IX was signed by the President on March 6, 2026, and will come into force on September 8, 2026. From now on, all new residential buildings and infrastructure facilities must include shelters. Protective structure schemes are integrated directly into urban planning documentation, including master plans, comprehensive territorial development plans, and detailed plans.
