In May 2025, Hobbit House completed the installation of the “Fortress 3.5 9XL” civil defense modular shelter. This is a large-format serial structure built in accordance with the approved architectural form of Hobbit House.

The project was delivered according to the client's technical specifications, taking into account the specifics of the location and logistics. The shelter has the following characteristics:

• Width: 5.23 m
• Usable area: 134.24 m²
• Wall, roof, and buttress thickness: 300 mm

The “Fortress 3.5 9XL” is a solution designed to accommodate a large number of people. Such modules are used at sites where standardization, rapid installation, and compliance with modern civil defense requirements are essential.
