Hobbit House is proud to present the results of 2025, a year of engineering leadership and record-scale protection. We have confirmed our position as a leader in the field of engineering safety in Ukraine, ensuring reliability backed by innovation and the highest state standards.

Engineering Leadership and Quality Standards

Our key achievements in 2025 are focused on critical resilience indicators. All of our protective structures successfully passed independent tests for resistance to excess pressure of 300 kPa and 500 kPa. This guarantees the highest level of protection and confirms that our shelters can withstand the harshest loads. In addition, Hobbit House became the first in the industry to receive the new DSTU 9329:2025 Compliance Certificate for its products. This is official recognition of the unwavering quality and compliance of our modular shelters with Ukraine's state-building regulations.

Scale of Protection in Numbers

Our most important indicator is the lives we protect. To date, more than 5,600 lives are under reliable protection in our shelters. In total, over 210 shelters have been installed, with more than 520 modules used for their construction. We have provided reliable protection in 21 regions of Ukraine, demonstrating wide geographic coverage.

Next year, Hobbit House will focus on further expanding the geography of protection and implementing new engineering solutions to provide even more reliable and unyielding safety for Ukrainians.
