FORTETSIA 4.0 is a modular reinforced concrete shelter from the FORTETSIA product line with an internal width of 4 meters. The next step after FORTETSIA 3.5 — we increased the usable space where it matters most: inside. More space for people. More people safe. The structure consists of modules and features two entrances/exits, each protected by two 90-degree turns.
An internal width of 4 meters combined with the unlimited length of the modular structure makes FORTETSIA 4.0 an ideal solution for those who need to shelter more people comfortably — businesses, communities, schools, and government institutions. The 4-meter width also ensures compliance with accessibility requirements for people with reduced mobility in accordance with DBN V.2.2-5:2023. We have already taken care of that for you.
The FORTETSIA shelter is the most innovative above-ground modular civil protection shelter in Ukraine. These are not just laboratory test results — they are proven by real protection from enemy strikes in Kherson, Mykolaiv, Kupiansk, and Vovchansk, where people inside the shelters survived. The structures comply with DSTU 9329:2025 and DBN V.2.2-5:2023 standards.
The standard requires resistance to a blast wave with an overpressure of 100 kPa. We engineered a 5x safety margin: thanks to advanced engineering solutions, FORTETSIA-type shelters can withstand impacts of 300 and even 500 kPa.
