"Hobbit House" manufactures quickly deployable protective structures for civil defense, modular in type, according to DSTU 9195:2022, in compliance with DBN V.2.2-5:2023. The protective structures have Certificates of conformity to DSTU 9195:2022, DBN V.2.2-5:2023, DSTU9329:2025and test protocols. The structures have received expert conclusions, namely: - Conclusions from the Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture. These conclusions confirm that the designs withstand shockwave impact from a base pressure of 100 kPa to 300 kPa, which, in turn, corresponds to shelter classes A-IV to A-II. The conclusions are based on technical reports prepared by University experts assessing the load-bearing capacity of the structures using the Lira CAD system. - Conclusions from the Joint Stock Company "Kyiv Scientific-Research and Design Institute ‘EnergoProject’", with state ownership, which operates under the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine. "EnergoProject" is the chief designer for the Khmelnytskyi and Rivne nuclear power plants, radioactive waste storage facilities, and spent nuclear fuel for the State Enterprise "Energoatom," as well as most objects in the Chornobyl exclusion zone. JSC "EnergoProject" performed calculations and provided conclusions on the radiation protection of the enclosing structures of shelters produced by "Hobbit House LLC," determining the protection factor (Kz) in accordance with DBN V.2.2-5:2023. In addition, the company "Hobbit House LLC" complies with the requirements of DSTU ISO 14001:2015 "Environmental Management Systems. Requirements with guidance for use" and DSTU ISO 9001:2015 "Quality Management Systems. Requirements," for which the company has received corresponding Certificates. The most common structure for sheltering children is in kindergartens, shelters for schoolchildren, and student dormitories. 2. "Hobbit" modules are also used to build shelters in residential areas and cottage settlements. "Hobbit" shelters can be installed fully or partially underground. The main requirements for installing a "Hobbit" shelter are a sufficiently low groundwater level, no underground communications, no trees at the installation site, and available space for large-scale construction equipment. The modules can be assembled into simple shelters or more complex ones, such as SHSZC, SHSPRU, SHSS, PRU, and others. Modules can be connected both in length and width. 3. "Fortetsia" type above-ground fortification civil defense structure. This is the most common design for installations in high-traffic areas: bus stops, near administrative buildings, or where an underground shelter cannot be installed due to high groundwater levels. Due to the high strength of the dome structure and the 300 mm wall thickness, this structure is the strongest among quickly deployable shelters produced in Ukraine. The "Fortetsia" shelter has two sizes: 2.25 and 3.5 meters (internal width of the modules). The 2.25-meter model is more commonly used for smaller shelters (up to 3 modules). If larger protected spaces are required (schools, crowded places, vehicle shelters, or ambulance shelters), it is more effective to use modules with an internal width of 3.5 meters. Above-ground Fortetsia shelters can also be radiation-protected, even up to level P-1 according to DBN V.2.2-5:2023. All necessary documents are available for this. 4.
