A new Hobbit House project — a Fortetsia shelter in Poland

Hobbit House's geography is expanding: after Estonia, our shelters now operate in Poland too. In the city of Białystok, we installed a Fortetsia 3.5 above-ground modular shelter for a company.

What we installed

Fortetsia 3.5 is an above-ground modular reinforced-concrete shelter assembled from ready modules. It belongs to the Fortetsia line, certified to DSTU 9329:2025, withstands up to 500 kPa and protects people from blast waves and fragments. An above-ground solution allows fast installation even where burying a structure is difficult.

Full cycle — from design to installation

We handle the entire process: design, production in Ukraine, delivery and on-site installation. The client doesn't assemble a solution from parts — they receive a turnkey shelter ready to protect their people.

Why it matters

Ukrainian engineering solutions now work beyond the country's borders — after the first modular shelter in Estonia, we've now completed a project in Poland. It confirms that our approach to protection is understood and needed not only in Ukraine. The principle stays the same: your safety is our job.
